Flat rate delivery.
All orders will be processed in the order they are received and sent out via major carriers. If you would like us to use your shipping account, please let us know up front and we will be happy to do that for you.
For large orders, we offer flat rate freight FedEx Freight. These orders will ship in a pallet.
Given our location, we ship twice a week unless special considerations are requested. Normal shipments are sent Tuesday and Friday. Should you need something expedited, please let us know up front and we will do what we can to accommodate your request. There may be additional shipping and handling chargers applied to expedited orders.
Dealers: you are responsible for qualifying your customers
We are happy to work with our dealers to help address any issues with our products. We quality control EVERY product that comes into the warehouse and verify that it is ready for your customer. Should you run into an issue, please contact us for trouble shooting options. If we determine that there is an issue, we will provide an RMA for you to return the product. We will issue a credit to your account, or provide a replacement. Return shipping is the responsibility of the dealer.
Direct to consumer Sales: please note that all sales are final
We do not accept returns for any reason. We encourage you to work through our dealer network for service and support. Should you not be able to locate a dealer near you, we are happy to be of assistance.
Note: In the rare event that we agree to receive a product as a return, there will be a minimum of a 25% restocking fee. Ammo, shipping fees, and any service fees are NOT refundable at any time. Any special order products or customized airguns are NOT eligible to be returned under any circumstances.
